other asao publications

A volume or special journal issue arising from a series of ASAO sessions may be designated an "ASAO publication" after publication, with the approval of the ASAO Board.

The implications of designating a volume or special issue as an ASAO publication are that it can be listed on the ASAO website as such (with a link to the publisher's site for ordering information), and all contributors who are ASAO members attain the status of ASAO Fellow. It will also be announced in the ASAO Newsletter.

To have a publication considered for designation as an ASAO Publication, send to the ASAO Secretary the following information:

  1. table of contents, including titles & authors
  2. dates of ASAO sessions during which it was developed
  3. URL for the publisher's site where ordering information for the volume or special journal issue can be found
The ASAO Secretary will forward the information to the ASAO Board for consideration at their next meeting. Once approved, the Secretary will instruct the website manager to upload the information.
